Lesser Prairie-Chickens

The wildlife chairs at Oklahoma State University represent the Bollenbach chairs and the Groendyke chair in wildlife management in the Natural Resource Ecology and Management department in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.

The endowed Bollenbach chairs in wildlife management are named in honor of Irvin Bollenbach, Kingfisher Oklahoma rancher and long-time leader in wildlife management, conservation, and preservation in Oklahoma. The endowed Groendyke chair in wildlife management is named in honor of John Groendyke, who has served on the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission since 1976.

Check out the wildlife chairs blog, where you can keep up with the wildlife chairs' research projects.
